Description:
Double-axis L-type positioner is also called L-type positioner; it is a type of single-station double-axis positioner. It is one of the more commonly used positioners.
The height of workpiece can be adjusted to increase the adjustment range of workpiece and reduce the limitation of use.
The L-type welding positioner consisits of base, rotating seat and rotary plate, the rotating seat is connected to the base through the base drive mechanism. And the rotary plate is connected to the upper surface of the rotary seat. The electrical assembly is driven by AC frequency converter.
It is suitable for the displacement work of rotating and turning the workpiece at the same time, and it can rotate and change the angle in all directions for complex workpieces; the dual-axis positioner linkage robot system can always maintain the optimal welding angle for complex welding seams, as well as continuous and uniform welding to achieve the best Welding quality and welding efficiency, thereby improving product quality and production efficiency.
